Exceptional quality and service from a 4 star hotel , that me and a friend who ive known for a long time, stayed in the same place ...amazing beautiful and comfortable, you get a free mini bar in your own room, 10 inch screen TV, lap of luxury size bed, a 🛁 bath as well as a shower 🚿 and fantastic view , the place was most accommodating indeed, plus its now become THE best and only hotel I'd ever visit in both Niederrhein and Mönchengladbach...which says an awful lot....thanks again!

We booked this 30mins before we checked as previous opposite the Leonardo was dire. Lovely room, lovely staff, check in was super easy. Room was spacious and bed super comfy. I can’t fault this hotel I’d recommend to everyone. Free hot drinks (in reception area plus tea and coffee in room) and kettle in room.

Good location, not far from the inner city and bars and restaurants. Easy to hop on the bus as well to get out to Borussia Park. Plenty of parking. The coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I loved how big the rooms were especially for the price they were really nice, breakfast pancakes and bread was lovely as well! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and kept our stuff safe after we checked out.

Location was good, because we came to go to the Starwars museum which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. and only 10 minutes walk from the big shopping center.. View of the castle/abbey across the road.
